Getting Started

How to create the first article

Create your first draft in 3 steps.

  • ① Set up your AI service (provider, API key, model) in the Setup tab.
  • ② Enter a topic in the Generate tab. Adding target reader and purpose improves accuracy.
  • ③ Click 'Generate blog draft' and the AI creates your draft.

Brief input tips

Tips for entering article conditions. Keep these in mind for targeted articles.

  • Specifying your target reader helps match the introduction and explanation level.
  • Describing your goal stabilizes the conclusion and call-to-action.
  • Choosing an article type guides the structure: comparison, how-to, etc.
  • Using Keyword Planner suggestions helps create search-intent-aligned articles.

When to use prompt override

Use per-article overrides only for specific needs.

  • Use only for specific needs: targeting beginners, avoiding competitor comparisons, including region names, etc.
  • If you repeat the same override, it's more efficient to integrate it into the settings.
Pre-publish

Pre-publish checklist

publish-ready does not mean generation is finished. It requires passing quality review.

  • A quality score is shown. Rank B or above is the publishing guideline.
  • After saving to Wix Blog, do a final check on the Wix side before publishing.
Pre-publish

Noindex-first test flow

For pre-publish testing, keep noindex on during verification.

  • Do not change publish settings until publish-ready conditions are met.
  • If quality score is low, add conditions and regenerate.
Troubleshooting

Common mistakes & fixes

Common issues during first-time use.

  • Vague topics lead to unfocused articles → Be specific (e.g., 'AI adoption' → 'AI adoption costs for SMBs').
  • Wrong API key causes connection test failure → Re-check your key in the provider's dashboard.
  • Low quality score → Add target reader, purpose, and expressions to avoid, then regenerate.
